Daniels, Porco & Lusardi, LLP is pleased to welcome Robert (Bob) J. Baror as a partner of the firm. Bob is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
An accomplished litigator and employment lawyer, Bob regularly represents employees who have suffered workplace injustices and has served as counsel to Fortune 500 corporations in federal employment litigation. Bob also brings to the firm substantial experience in a broad array of civil litigation, including construction disputes, breach of contract cases, trust and estates litigation, partnership disputes, and attorney malpractice actions.
As the former Chief Legal Office and General Counsel for CCI Health Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Bob understands the particular issues confronting America’s community health centers. He has in-depth experience with the Federal Tort Claims Act, compliance issues pertaining to the Health Resources and Services Administration onsite visits, and Joint Commission Accreditation, and has successfully litigated cases against vendors and contractors in both federal and state courts.
Bob graduated cum laude from Harvard University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served on the Law Review. He is a former partner of the Thatcher Law Firm and has served on the Board of Governors of the Maryland Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and as Chair of the Employment Law Committee of Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc.
