James McEleney Joins Daniels, Porco and Lusardi as Counsel

We are pleased to announce James McEleney has joined Daniels, Porco & Lusardi, LLP as Counsel. Daniels, Porco & Lusardi is a mid-Hudson Valley general practice law firm serving clients across New York and Connecticut, with offices in Pawling and Carmel, NY.

James will focus on civil ligation, zoning and land use, and criminal litigation at the firm. He graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School and clerked for the Hon. Douglas A. Brady in the US Virgin Islands. For the last eight years, he has worked for both private and public law firms. He practiced civil litigation in every borough in New York City, and then moved on to practice criminal defense in Dutchess County for six years. James was born and raised in the Hudson Valley.
