Mr. Lusardi has extensive experience in Real Estate Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Zoning Litigation. Bob attended College of Holy Cross where he received his A.B in 1975 and Syracuse University where he received his J.D. in 1978. He is admitted to practice in all courts of New York, U.S. District Court and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Bob has served as Assistant District Attorney, Putnam County, New York, 1982-1987. Village Attorney, Village of Nelsonville, 1984-present. Assistant Town Attorney, Town of Philipstown, 2000-2005.
