A Reputation You Can Trust

At Daniels, Porco & Lusardi, LLP, our lawyers have a long history of meeting the legal needs of individuals and businesses in the Hudson Valley and throughout New York and Connecticut.

Our law firm’s roots can be traced back to the 1960s, when attorney John A. Porco established his firm in Carmel. Partner Robert C. Lusardi joined the firm in the late 1970s. Current managing partner David E. Daniels began practicing with his own firm in the 1980s in Pawling, merging with Porco and Lusardi in 2000 to form the firm as we now know it.

Over the past five decades, we have earned a trusted reputation throughout the legal community and the community as a whole. We have a record of positive results in civil litigation of all kinds and in diverse practice areas such as health law, real estate and lending law, and estate planning and administration. We are known for our honesty and our commitment to meeting the needs of our clients. Our lawyers have been included in The Best Lawyers in America, 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd editions, among many other awards and honors.

We are proud of the attorney-client relationships we have built, relationships that have stood the test of time. Many of the individuals and businesses we represent, including those in the health care, real estate, banking and lending industries, return to us year after year, every time they encounter a legal issue that needs to be resolved. They refer their colleagues and family members to us, because they trust us to provide diligent and effective representation in even the most challenging cases. We also represent several municipalities and have developed decades-long relationships with them as well.
