Our law firm’s roots can be traced back to the 1960s, when attorney John A. Porco established his firm in Carmel. Partner Robert C. Lusardi joined the firm in the late 1970s. Current managing partner David E. Daniels began practicing with his own firm in the 1980s in Pawling, merging with Porco and Lusardi in 2000 to form the firm as we now know it.
Over the past five decades, we have earned a trusted reputation throughout the legal community and the community as a whole. We have a record of positive results in civil litigation of all kinds and in diverse practice areas such as health law, real estate and lending law, and estate planning and administration. A partner with the firm, practices primarily in the area of Trusts and Estates, Probate and Estate Administration, and Elder Law. Cristen graduated with a B.A. from Bucknell University in 2002. In 2007, she received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. -
Shea E. Fitzekam
Partner
A partner with the firm, Shea practices primarily in the areas of Health Law and Transactional Law, with an interest in the emerging space of Psychedelics Law.
She graduated magna cum laude in 2000 from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. In 2003, she received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. Shea is admitted to practice law in New York and Nebraska. -

Emma Daniels
Associate
Emma is an associate at Daniels, Porco and Lusardi LLP, where she focuses on matters involving health law, corporate transactions, municipal law, estate planning, and civil litigation. Her practice also includes representing clients in zoning and land use planning, commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and leasing.
