Emma is an associate at Daniels, Porco and Lusardi LLP, where she focuses on matters involving health law, corporate transactions, municipal law, estate planning, and civil litigation. Her practice also includes representing clients in zoning and land use planning, commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and leasing.
Before joining the firm, Emma practiced law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City, where she represented clients in high-stakes corporate restructuring matters involving distressed companies across a range of industries.
Emma received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society. She earned her B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College, graduating cum laude. She is admitted to practice in New York and the Southern District of New York.
